President & COO
Stacey Yoakum has over 20 years of experience working in IT with both private and publicly traded Long-Term Care companies prior to joining Think Anew. Throughout her career, Stacey has demonstrated a keen ability to drive operational excellence and growth in the companies she has worked for. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, she is committed to delivering exceptional service to her clients while also ensuring that her team operates efficiently and effectively.
As President & COO of Think Anew, Stacey is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring that all business processes are efficient, effective, and aligned with the company’s overall strategy. She also plays a key role in developing and implementing new business initiatives, expanding the company’s service offerings, and cultivating relationships with clients and strategic partners.
Stacey is known for her strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to motivate and inspire her team. She is dedicated to creating a positive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth.
Outside of work, Stacey enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, reading and entertaining family and friends.
Chief Technology Officer
Will Galloway has overseen Think Anew’s technology vision, architecture, and delivery of services for the past 10 years. Throughout his career, Will has developed a passion for using technology to improve business operations and deliver exceptional customer service. Will has been instrumental in designing and implementing IT solutions that meet the unique needs of Long-Term Care facilities, ensuring that they are able to provide top-quality care to their patients.
As CTO of Think Anew, Will is responsible for overseeing the company’s technical strategy, ensuring that our IT solutions are cutting-edge, reliable, and scalable. He is also responsible for managing a team of skilled IT professionals, providing guidance and leadership to ensure that they are delivering high-quality services to their clients.
With a proven track record of success, Will has become a respected leader in the IT industry. He is known for his ability to quickly assess complex technical problems and develop effective solutions, as well as his excellent communication skills and customer-centric approach.
In his free time, Will enjoys staying up to date on the latest advancements in technology, exploring new software and hardware solutions, and spending time with his family.
